Sunday Morning Breakfast (in bed)

  • 2 tbsp of Ithaca Lemon Beet Hummus 
  • 2 eggs 
  • 2 slices of rosemary bread  
  • 3 tbsp of cottage cheese 
  • Half of an avocado 
Sunday Morning Breakfast (in bed)


  1. Toast bread in a medium hot pan with some butter or olive oil  
  2. Boil eggs for about 6.5 minutes for a semi-jammy yolk  
  3. Place eggs in an ice bath to cool. After 5 minutes, peel and halve.  
  4. Halve an avocado and slice into thin sections 
  5. Add fixings to the plate 
  6. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and sprigs of dill to taste
