Nacho Regular Snack

  • ¼ cup of Ithaca Hot Salsa  
  • About 10 tortilla chips (disk or scoops) 
  • Half an avocado 
  • ¼ cup of black beans 
  • Shredded cheddar cheese (as desired)  
  • Pinch of chopped cilantro 
Nacho Regular Snack


  1. Place tortilla chips on the plate, so that none overlap 
  2. First top with Salsa, then place a couple of black beans on each chip 
  3. Chop avocado into .5 inch cubes. Then place on each chip (I like to do aim for aside the black beans to avoid anything toppling over!)  
  4. Sprinkle with cilantro and shredded cheddar cheese  
  5. VOILA !
