On one half of the bread, spread an even layer of Hummus
On the same side, start topping with turkey, cheese, and lettuce
To the side, cut your roma tomato into ½ inch cubes. Top onto flatbread
Fold the flatbread in half. Add some olive oil to a medium/hot pan and place flatbread with one side down. Flip after a couple of minutes, or until heated side has become nicely crispy & charred.
