Red Pepper flatbread 

Servings: 3 Prep Time: 5 minutes Cook Time: 10 minutes


  • 2 tbsp Roasted Ithaca Red Pepper Hummus  
  • 1 flatbread  
  • 3 slices of turkey 
  • 2 slices of provolone cheese 
  • 1 roma tomato 
  • ½ cup shredded lettuce  
Red Pepper flatbread 


  1. Place the flatbread down on a cutting board 
  2. On one half of the bread, spread an even layer of Hummus  
  3. On the same side, start topping with turkey, cheese, and lettuce 
  4. To the side, cut your roma tomato into ½ inch cubes. Top onto flatbread 
  5. Fold the flatbread in half. Add some olive oil to a medium/hot pan and place flatbread with one side down. Flip after a couple of minutes, or until heated side has become nicely crispy & charred. 
  6. Remove from pan and enjoy!
