Ingredients
3 tbsp of Ithaca Lemon Dill Hummus
Couple of club crackers
1 Babybell cheese
1 long carrot, sliced
1/3 of a seedless cucumber, sliced
Couple of olives
Instructions
Spoon Lemon Dill Hummus onto the plate. Using the back of the spoon, carve out a little crater in the center*for aesthetic reasons*
Place the rest of the fixing on the plate in groups (crackers here, cukes there, etc.)
