Classic (but never basic) Charcuterie Board

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp Ithaca Classic Hummus 
  • 1 Stone and Skillet english muffin, toasted and chopped into 1 inch pieces 
  • 1 serving each of: prosciutto, sliced ham, salami, and soppressata  
  • 3 mini cucumbers, sliced and halved 
  • 3oz roasted red peppers  
  • 4oz of sharp white cheddar 
  • 1 goat cheese log 
  • 1 cup of green and black olives  
  • Sprinkle of walnuts and raisins

Instructions

  1. Spoon hummus into a small cup in the center of the board  
  2. Fill ingredients around the permitter in a clock-like (i.e. roasted red peppers at 12 o’clock, salami at 1 o’clock, olives at 2 o’clock, etc.) 
  3. Sprinkle walnuts and raises as desired 
  4. Serve!
