Classic (but never basic) Charcuterie Board

Ingredients
4 tbsp Ithaca Classic Hummus
1 Stone and Skillet english muffin, toasted and chopped into 1 inch pieces
1 serving each of: prosciutto, sliced ham, salami, and soppressata
3 mini cucumbers, sliced and halved
3oz roasted red peppers
4oz of sharp white cheddar
1 goat cheese log
1 cup of green and black olives
Sprinkle of walnuts and raisins
Instructions
Spoon hummus into a small cup in the center of the board
Fill ingredients around the permitter in a clock-like (i.e. roasted red peppers at 12 o’clock, salami at 1 o’clock, olives at 2 o’clock, etc.)
Sprinkle walnuts and raises as desired
Serve!
