ingredients:
pita
- 1 package pita bread
- olive oil
- za’atar seasoning (can be store bought or see below for easy homemade recipe)
- coarse salt
seasoning
- 1 tsp sumac powder
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp dried thyme
- a pinch of coarse salt
directions:
- preheat oven to 350°F
- slice pita bread into triangles
- drizzle with olive oil
- sprinkle seasoning on top
- bake for 20 min
- pair with favorite ithaca hummus and enjoy!
