- ithaca lemon dill hummus
- leafy baby spinach

step 1
heat oven to 400°F + place 2 flatbreads on a sheet pan; bake 5 min or until crisp + golden.
step 2
meanwhile, cut eggs into quarters + set aside.
step 3
spread 1-2 tbsp hummus onto each flatbread.
step 4
add a handful of spinach + eggs to each flatbread
