    Mmm…toasted challah and lemon dill hummus. My post 10 hr. work dinner!
    This is my first ithaca hummus; however, not my last. The lemon and dill complement each other, while maintaining their own flavors. (makes sense?)
    The other brands of hummus I have had over the years are history!

    OMG. I just ate a whole tub of lemon dill hummus in 2 sittings by myself. I haven’t done that since I found the amazing chocolate hummus by that famous meat company in the deli of my new Publix a couple years ago. I’m not a fan of hummus but I pick it up every now and then. I saw the lemon dill at Food Lion, took a chance on it, and you can bet I’ll buy more. Some people do ham and chocolate, but you guys do lemon and dill. The lemon is fresh without being overpowering just the way I like my iced tea. Don’t change a thing.
