Customer Service Associate
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Ithaca Hummus is seeking a full time customer service associate to join our Rochester team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate passion for creating memorable experiences for our customers
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Fuel and support sales and marketing departments with upcoming initiatives
Fully manage and coordinate our info email for the brand
Assist with ongoing social media communication
Oversee and coordinate sample requests/ other outbound sales and marketing materials
- This includes determining packaging and ordering materials. There may be times where you need to test new packaging/ice packs to ensure its economical and successful in transit
- Receive and send sample or swag requests on a day-to-day basis. These could be from the sales or marketing team
- Other outbound material includes customer requests, coupons, general information, social media giveaways, swag and mass send outs
- Example of mass send outs: New flavor launches, welcome packets, social media campaigns, etc…
- SWAG Inventory management
- Keep track of product inventory for any shipments and order any materials needed when low
- Order and pick up product from manufacturer
General office needs and organization
- Order office supplies
- Inbound receiving
