baked hummus pasta

grocery list

  • ithaca lemon garlic hummus
  • two pints grape tomatoes
  • bow tie pasta
  • four garlic cloves, halved
  • sun dried tomatoes
  • olive oil
  • italian seasoning
  • nutritional yeast
  • fresh basil

step one

preheat oven to 400 degrees. cover the bottom of the baking dish in olive oil.

step two

combine one 10 oz container of ithaca lemon garlic hummus, whole grape tomatoes, halved garlic cloves and Italian seasoning and bake for thirty minutes. while the dish is in the oven, cook your pasta.

step three

remove from oven, press tomatoes with a fork and mix while hot. sprinkle with nutritional yeast, sun-dried tomatoes, fresh basil and stir.

step four

fold in cooked pasta, top with more fresh basil and enjoy!
