avo-tuna salad sweet potato sandwich

RECIPE BY @ALMONDFUEL

Ingredients:

  • 1 slice of Millet and Chia Gluten Free Bread
  • 1 roasted sweet potato
  • Avocado tuna salad 
  • 1 head cabbage
  • Onion microgreens
  • Ithaca Cold-Crafted Lemon Beet Hummus

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Cut the sweet potatoes and lightly drizzle olive oil over them.
  3. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
  4. Place all ingredients on slice of bread and spread the desired amount of hummus on the bread.
