Ingredients:
- 1 slice of Millet and Chia Gluten Free Bread
- 1 roasted sweet potato
- Avocado tuna salad
- 1 head cabbage
- Onion microgreens
- Ithaca Cold-Crafted Lemon Beet Hummus
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Cut the sweet potatoes and lightly drizzle olive oil over them.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes.
- Place all ingredients on slice of bread and spread the desired amount of hummus on the bread.
